At first I thought the different “markers” drew different colors, but they don’t. You simply put water in them and they allow your child to draw on the board – and the drawing fades so they never get bored or need a new sheet of paper. Since you’re just using water (which by the way, doesn’t spill), this toy is 100% mess free. It travels easily in the car. We already took it with us on an hour drive this week and it entertained my daughter the entire trip.
There are two handles, and two sides to draw/doodle on. It’s very sturdy and good looking, very durable. I do believe any child would get a lot of enjoyment out of it.
This toy is wonderfully SIMPLE, while at the same time bringing my short-attention span toddler a LOT of entertainment. Lots of fun for the kids and no batteries is required. The Aquadoodle may perform better, but the B. H2-Whoa has 2 sides so that while one side dries, your child can draw on the other side. Also there are 4 pens that can be tuck snugly away. I have to recommend one of these to parents everywhere.
